"Terrible Service"

Very poor customer service, were unable to travel to the UK due to bad weather conditions. Tried to change the booking for one day but the weather was still not good to fly in to UK. Tried to explain the situation several times and very early but they declined to give a refund or even a discount. So they took my full money for no efforts! I can not recommend at all!

The host Brian is such a friendly gentleman and gave us many helpful tips on sightseeing in the Isle. Great breakfast too.

"We stayed four days. Breakfast is good. But rooms are very dirty"

The involvement of the staffs.

Not clean. Toilet door can’t lock(room16). Door lock but push from outside will open. No fan.
