Very good location, wonderful and lovely staff.

The location and air con the cleanliness

Room was a bit small

Centrally located in the heart of the Palace. Very helpful staff met us at the palace gate to show us the way (hard to find otherwise). No problem leaving bags after checkout for collection later. Spacious room with comfortable bed. Shower, air con and wi fi all good

Room a bit short of sockets for charging. Some breakfast items not the best quality. Lots of steps to get to the property, but that's the price you pay for the location.

Excellent, the location is stunning. Be prepared to wear ear plugs to try and avoid the church bells waking you up at 6am daily, if you stay within the area of the palace then this is part and parcel of the history of the place. We were greeted by a lovely guy called mislav who welcomed us to the accommodation. Comfortable beds/ pillows.

Agree with a previous guest, that the yogurts and the meats/cheeses should be kept cool. I would avoid room 4 if you’re tall in stature as the bathroom has very limited headspace.

Great location. The room was very different to the photos but was much better!

No shower in our room

Hotel is positioned within the palace grounds. Lovely room, spacious. Violet was very helpful and came to meet us on arrival and was helpful throughout our stay. Lovely views overlooking other historic buildings.

Breakfast was not the best.
