Rooms Toni Palace

The location was good but it was very difficult to find.

We booked a “superior” room but there was no indication that it would be on the top floor . . . 65 steps up! Exhausting! We would not have booked had we known. Go for the cheaper rooms closer to the ground.

Breakfast is held in a place that should be better lit and airy. A terrace or something outside would be nice.

Lots of stairs. Do not choose is bad knees hips or heart.

We were met by the lovely Viola who gave us advice on the best way to get there from the airport then looked after us during our stay by giving us more good advice at breakfast time. She provided beach towels and sun cream and recommendations for things to do. The location couldn’t be better, the room including the bathroom, was very clean with everything we needed. Comfortable beds too.

There was a little bit of noise outside but it was a Saturday night and we went to bed quite early! Also, they had provided earplugs which worked well. But this is a minor point which didn’t detract from our stay.

It was nice to have someone meet us and help get our bags up the stairs. we had two rooms, very spacious with a good ensuite. Breakfast was also good quality. The location was exceptional, the best in Split.

Location is ideal: Right in the old city centre next to the palace wall. And it's a quiet location too! Room is spacious and clean. We had the top room. Breakfast is simple but tasty and will get you on tour way. Our host Viola was a delight and very helpful with insights of the city and it's surroundings.

We were met initially which was very helpful in finding the hotel. A taxi to the airport was also arranged for us. All very useful and helpful. The hotel is right in the middle of the old town and ideally located.
