Easy check in with the host replying within a reasonable time if reached out to. Such an excellent location as it's literally a minute away from a grocery store, a huge drugstore and also a fast food Mexican restaurant which came in handy the first night as we arrived around 12am. And not to mention the distance to the city centre/ Old Town. The Golden Gate of the Diocletian's Palace is literally 3 mins away by walk. Also, it is right next door to this Michelin star restaurant called Sug which we tried on our last day and was sooo good we wished we would've eaten there everyday since it was right next to us. I liked that the property has a great sized kitchen as well as a dining table and the Air Con was super handy. The kitchen also had a variety of cutlery and pots and pan so it's great if you're trying to cook your own meals to save some money on eating out. I also preferred having the two separate beds which could be moved around so they were not joined together depending on your preference.

A small problem I encountered was that the bathroom drain tended to clog up when showering and you had to wait or use a very specific water pressure to ensure it didn't happen which was a bit annoying. I did notify the host who said they would send the cleaner but that never happened. The ground-floor apartment we were living in didn't have much ventilation except for a tiny window in the bathroom that you could partially open but it wasn't a huge problem as we were traveling most of the time anyway. The frying pan available was a non-stick one that had been scratched and there wasn't a wooden/rubber spatula available to use on, only steel. It wasn't ideal but again nothing major.

The location was perfect. The center was a 5 minute walk, just like the beach. The price of the room was good for the location. The fridge was very useful and the bathroom was quite spacious.

The room was small, the complex itself was also tiny, just like the staircase. The cleaning lady only comes at the end, so I had to grab clean towels myself a few times. The beds are okay but no double bed, just 2 singles shoved together. The patio from the downstairs neighbors was just below our window so we couldn’t sleep very well when they were sitting there.

really central to the old city, 3 mins from DIocletian’s Palace walls. simple Studio on the second floor, the narrow metal spiral staircase may be very challenging to physically challenged individuals or everyone with a very large piece of luggage. spacey bedroom and decent, simple bathroom, both in good condition.

Air-conditioner is a big plus in summer and the appartement is neer the center of the city (aroud 5 minutes).

Maybe need to add a microwave and it would be perfect

The room had no window, So that it smelled bad. Bathroom was a bit dirty.
