Good beds, great water in the shower, good AC, tasty tap water, mini fridge with mini freezer. The location was excellent, walking distance to the “palace,” which is the old town. Sweet view from the window, very quiet.

Two flights of circular stairs… not good for people with mobility issues. If you can handle stairs, this is a small, good room in a great location.

The location is excellent. It takes you 5 minutes to walk to the Old city. You can also walk to Bacvice beach and Split Riva.

There wasn't any equipement for drying wet clothes after beach.

I was staying in the apartment on the 1st (ground) floor. Apartment is nice, spacious, has a good kitchen, air conditioner works well. Location is perfect! Old town is just couple of minutes walk, also there is supermarket Tommy and DM just nearby where you can buy food, water, and toiletries. Host is very welcoming. We were chatting in whatsup, gave me really good tips of what to see, and where to eat. Totally recommended!

The property as on the 2nd floor and the spiral stairs make it hard for me to take the luggage . Also no toiletries in the bathroom like shampoo or shover gel, soap .. for the price it’s the least they can provide

Centrally located.

Very basic dated room. The shower cabin is full of stains and mould, especially around the base and under the soap and shampoo holder. The drainage did not work and the paint on the outside surface of the base is cracked. The narrow spiral staircase makes it difficult to carry luggage upstairs. It would be almost impossible and dangerous if someone has a big suitcase. Since Croatia adopts Euro currency, many things are overpriced. I paid almost 50% more than the high season price listed in Croatia Korone as posted in the room.

Good location, near to the downtown

Excellent location, good enough amenities for the price, and very helpful property owner. He addressed all our questions and complaints very proactively.

The weather was hot and it caused a challenge with the lock and key not being smooth to operate. We were stuck multiple times in the heat trying to work with the lock. However the owner fixed the issue when we highlighted it.

Great location only 5mins walk from centre of Split with lots of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Nice to have private outside space with a large balcony and room to dry clothes. Good communication with host on WhatsApp. Fridge and crockery were a real plus, allowing us to have breakfast in the apartment. Would recommend staying here

Floors and patio weren't sweeped when we arrived, but we found a brush so we could sweep them ourselves. Shower holder was broken, so had to hold the shower head when showering.

The place is very well located, and the balcony view offers a little local insight. Nikola haved really good recommendations for activities in the city.

The door was difficult to open.
