Rooms Miletic near the Palace

Sauber, gute Lage, ruhig.

Für Familien nicht geeignet. Obwohl mein Kind sehr ruhig ist und wir fast ganztägig unterwegs, gab es Beschwerden der Nachbarn wegen "laufen auf dem Flur". Die Vermieterin sollte das umgehen mit den Nachbarn klären und als NO KIDS Zimmer für alte Pärchen deklarieren. Die kleine Küchenzeile im Flur ist vergleichsweise schlecht ausgestattet, die Teflon Pfannen zerkratzt, stumpfe Schneidemesser, wenig und billiges Besteck etc. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer ist sehr laut, ich habe ihn nachts ausgestellt. Die genannten Pflegepeodukte begrenzten sich auf nutzlosen Badeschaum. Für Pärchen die nur übernachten und wenig bezahlen wollen ein sehr gutes Zimmer, ansonsten gibt es sehr viel bessere Optionen in Split.

Väldigt rar värdinna, trevligt liten balkong där vi åt frukost och hämtmat. Värdinnan hade ställt juice i kylen och vi fick citron, kaffe och te samt godis Skapligt bra kök, kylskåp fanns, Butik Tommy låg alldeles nära

The location is very central - a five minute walk from the palace or promenade, and right across from the fresh market. The room is large and spacious, with air conditioning, a little fridge and desk, and a small but clean bathroom. The communal kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea, etc. It's everything you need for a pleasant stay.

What isn't clear from the ad is that this is a bedroom in a shared apartment. There is a kitchen and shared seating space, but if someone else is booked in the other bedroom then you are sharing communal space with others. We never saw our neighbours because we were mostly out, but there was some mild noise disturbance as we shared a wall. As others have mentioned, this apartment is on the third floor. The staircase is narrow and has no railings to hold onto. That said, the host graciously helped us up with our bags.

Very friendly and nice host. Excellent location, close to old town and everything you need. Several bakeries close to the apartment where you can get breakfast and eat it at the cute balcony. The room was very clean, sheets and towels smelled super fresh.

Die Unterkunft ist ruhig, geräumig, sauber und liegt perfekt in Nähe der Altstadt. Die Besitzerin ist zudem super aufmerksam und lieb. Ich hab mich super wohl gefühlt und würde immer wieder kommen
