"Never Again"

Get a good welcome by a Rude host who is not able to communicate in English. Split is beautiful, the opposite of this place.

“Terrible experience, never again” The treatment was awful. While I was taking a quick shower (less than 15 minutes) at 8 pm, two friends who speak Croatian were waiting for me in the apartment. The host suddenly showed up, banging on the door and demanding that they leave immediately, without any respect or politeness. She kept shouting “out now!” and didn’t listen to any explanation. Thanks to my two friends who speak Croatian we were able to communicate, but even then she continued to be extremely rude. When we calmly asked her to speak with respect, she just raised her voice even more. The worst part is that she entered the apartment without permission to switch off the bathroom lights, which is completely unacceptable and illegal. If she entered the room while we were inside, how can I know she didn’t do it when I wasn’t there? I ended up having to lock up all my belongings during the stay because I couldn’t trust her. In short: a very unpleasant stay. I would not recommend this place to anyone who expects privacy and basic respect from a host.

Very friendly hosts. Good location in old town.

I know that this has nothing to do with the host but, I consider to keep in mind that the place is right next to a couple of churches wich will ring loud bells every morning from 7am around every 15 minutes for several hours. The towels provided had a strong musty smell.

"Es hat alles gepasst"

Das Apartment ist gleich im Zentrum (viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) und nicht weit vom Strand. Im Zimmer gibt es eine gut funktionierte Klimaanlage. Wir haben in der Küche den Kühlschrank benutzt und uns Kleinigkeit gekocht. Am netten Balkon mit dem Blick ins Grüne war es sehr schön zu essen.

"Split room near everything."

Clean, spacious room,private bath. Shared kitchen and balcony area. All amenities nearby. Great location. 5 mins to old town palace, 5 mins to central bus stn and train stn. Close to ferry and pier terminal. Convience store just downstair and lots of food choices nearby.

Apartment building does not have elevator and room is located on 3rd floor. Difficulty if u have large luggage but host did help with load. Very sweet and kind host.
