Top Center

The location is amazing, in the old part of town of Split, Croatia. 10/10 for walking around. everything you need is nearby. The host, Zeljko, is super, very helpful and always replies quickly. For us, the price is very reasonable, even during the high season.

Great location. Very near the meet up point for split blue cave tours. One of the cheaper accommodations you can get in split. There's privacy Room is very spacious for a solo traveller like myself. The facilities are good. There's aircon, washing machine etc

It is above a restaurant. Could get busy and noisy if your windows are not shut. Some parts of the house is a but worn down, like the window grill. The hallway up the aprtment is a bit dark and there is rubbish along the way

Top Center is in a great location for anyone wanting to stay and explore Split. I found the place easy to find thanks to the directions sent beforehand and communication with Želijko was very good (though you will need a translation app on your phone if you don't speak Croatian!), even though we had a slight mix up with the keys on my arrival. The room was great, lots of space, comfy and clean. Good shower and there was washing machine facilities even though I didn't need to utilise these. Best of all when I suddenly needed to extend my stay an extra night Želijko was able to accommodate this. The location of Top Center is great for exploring the Old Town as well as going on the many tours offered within the city.

The location was excellent

It was a little bit inconvenient that the air-con and bathroom needed maintenance on the day of our arrival. Luckily it was all sorted out. On departure we could not exit the property due to the door being locked and the handle had broken off on the other side of the door.

The location was good and the host was there to greet us. Air conditioner in the heat was good and clean sheets.

The room was quite dirty and dusty. Power sockets all hanging out which can be a safety issue. Stove didn't work properly, only 1 electric plate would heat up and took 1 hr instead of 15 mins to cook food. Barely any cooking utensils. Had to use a fork. Plug in sink got stuck, wouldn't open. Bin wasn't emptied. Host apologised for this. Hand railings not sturdy for walking up steep stairs. Tied together in parts with string.

Great central location. Given excellent directions and a video of how to find the apartment.

Some basic utensils like plates and cutlery would have been useful
