The microwave and fridge was a nice touch in the room and very useful and the biscuits were a nice touch.

Very much in need of refurb. We didnt use the shower because it was dirty. Bathroom assessories like toilet roll holder and towel rail very rusty. There was noise and disturbance from the main door opening and closing. Over all we though it to be poor value for money after staying at the Springriver @ £47.50 and Travelodge @ £43.99 per night.

I really don’t know what to say. I was travelling from Birmingham and when I booked hotel it was nearly 11 o’clock and checking in time was 11. So I quickly made a call and explained the reception I’m running late 10 minutes because of traffic. Receptionists was rude to me and saying I’m not be able checking in after 11 . I have to cancel but it’s not refundable. I was so stressed because middle of night I can’t book another hotel as I already lost my money. In the end me and my husband stayed at car all night and next morning travel back to home Scotland. My trip was ruined because of booking the hotel . I’m very disappointed spending my money for nothing.

I didn’t been to property so can’t say anything

The heater was not working as I was cold and also there was no shampoo and soop to shower and this made me checked out on 27th when I arrived instead of staying till 28th next day.
