Beautiful surroundings and fantastic rooms. Mel was and outstanding host. I loved everything about my stay in this venue.

Breakfast was lovely, and even more than we asked for. Refreshment facilities in the room were excellent - including real coffee, real decaf, variety of teas, and chocolate bars in the fridge. Location was delightful, and close enough to Leighton Moss for our purposes, and also within 15 minutes' drive of restaurants.

We were warmly welcomed with an afternoon tea. Our bags were carried to our room because it was upstairs and we both have some mobility restrictions. We were given clear information on everything pertaining to our stay, and Mel stated she was available for anything else we wanted or needed. Breakfast was fantastic and exactly as ordered the night before. Again our bags were retrieved from upstairs when we checked out.

Room very clean, bed pillows and lovely soft comfy duvet. Exceptional friendly service from arriving till leaving from owner Mel such a loveky lady.Breakfast was amazing all so fresh. Highly recommended

We liked everything about this Bed and Breakfast accommodation. it was our first visit but it won’t be our last as it’s also in one of our favourite locations in England. Mel, the host, is both charming and professional. she has thought of everything you might need and offers a breakfast menu that is a little different from the standard offerings.
