Nice bright room, very clean. Great location only 10 minutes walk from the station. We had a problem with the shutter not closing and the staff were very helpful and moved us to another room straight away. Excellent price.

The most terrible place of my trip of my journey We pay room for travel not for meet some bad experience Air condition is not working for all night. Nobody can not help anything. The stand of a shower is broken but no fixed it.

The staff here are so kind, friendly and helpful. The hospitality is excellent. The property itself is clean, beautiful, and in a great loaction.

The standout was definitely the staff! The two staff members we met (who covered the front desk); were exceptional! They were friendly and knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble -5 stars for the staff! The rooms were clean - and it was great value for money, and very centrally located.

We just found the noise from the trams and people leaving the restaurant and bars a little too noisy for me! (From 2am-4am).. but my partner wasn’t too troubled by it, so perhaps for not such light sleepers it wouldn’t be a problem - but the reception offer free ear plugs which is a bonus!

Close to bus and train terminals. A short walk to centre.

Bathroom was very small.
