Really friendly and accommodating staff that helped us store our heavy luggage and made sure we had air conditioning and everything we needed for our room.

Right next to a main road with noisy trams, not a very peaceful location although that could just be for the room that we stayed in.

Great location. Nice and helpful staff... Parking available near apartments (not expansive)... My recommendations....

In the middle somebody tried to enter the room with the key. He opened the door and started running away after seeing us waking up. I've never experienced something like this before. We didnt have chance to talk the staff about this terrible experience due to leaving the premises early for the flight but I would like to have an explanation from the management. Who has keys to rooms and sneaking insude in the middle of the night, someone from staff or strangers? wtf man? Btw, our big luggage was in front of the door so it was not possible to enter the room easily and that noise of the door hitting our luggage woke us up. I believe there were security cameras and would expect them to investigate this incident.
