The staff were so helpful and friendly, my daughter was unwell and they couldn’t do enough for her, even made her some dinner when she got back from the hospital, thank you so much for your kindness

"The sanitation is terrible"

Sheets are dirty, bloodstains, ants crawling out of the bathroom, air conditioning is not cooling!!! What a terrible experience!!

the location was great, right next to the Ubud market and also away enough from the noises. the stuff was great, so kind and always willing to help. they clean the room every single morning and offered breakfast with so much love. I felt like home

the lizards in my room! I had sleepless nights because of the noises they made
