Lovely host! Very comfortable bed with a good bathroom. We had breakfast cooked to order both mornings and it was delicious! John had plenty of advice for making the most of Stratford-upon-Avon. Courtland is a classic BnB experience and I would recommend to anyone. The location is a stones throw away from Henley Street too!

Slightly dated decor.

Breakfast was great, room was comfortable, got a good nights sleep, ready to explore the next day and everything is so close within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a room on the front, and found it quite noisy as it’s on a main road, but there were some ear plugs provided so it was fine.the bed was very comfy so didn’t take long to fall to sleep

Location is excellent for the whole town. Our host had plenty of top tips for where to go and eat. Parking is good and cheap. Breakfast was also very nice.
