Cenik House Ubud

The hosts were very friendly and the location very peaceful surrounded by rice fields.

Too bare for me, no soap in the shower, a very small bottle of water as a welcome in the room

Very attentive staff and very good location(for us). The warungs nearby are cheap and good. Because the location, you can go to the centre or monkeys forest by walking. Breakfast is different every 2 days, we had 3 different breakfast but they always include delicious fruits. Also they adapted to us to have breakfast at 7am

Many geckos that make a lot of noise,especially at night. I think you get used to this in Bali. Not fault of the hotel but some of them entered the room through the windows.

The hosts are very friendly and respectful. Location is perfect just tucked away from busy streets and short walk (1-15 mins) away from central Ubud. Some cute warungs only few meters away. They also provide daily fruits, toasts with eggs and coffee/tea.

Prepare for no frill, no hairdryer, adaptor, soap.. etc. Was fine for me. Could be an issue for people who didn’t pack all the necessities.

If you are looking for peace and quiet away from the busy streets of Ubud, this hotel, set in a rice field , is for you. Run by a friendly Balinese family who do their best to see to your needs. Good tasty breakfast. Close to the palace, temples shops. Cheap good restaurants nearby.

Fresh, clean room in peaceful garden setting on small scale (c5 or 6 places) next to rice fields but close the jl bisma - with lots of restaurants, simple, warung (local eateries) and other options but quite peaceful. Pretty short walk eg 800.m into the craziness of ubud - with all its options. Lovely helpers/owners - helpful but respecting privacy.

No pool, though nearby hotels pools can be used.and would not expect for price.
