Maratua Dive Center And Lodge

A Maratua Dive Center & Lodge-ban töltött idő alatt végig barátként, sőt inkább családtagként éreztük magunkat, nem pedig egyszerű vendégként. A hangulat rendkívül közvetlen és barátságos volt. Külön szeretnénk megköszönni Bruce munkáját. Sokat hozzátett ahhoz, hogy ilyen jól érezzük magunkat. A szobánk minden nap rendben volt és szépen kitakarították. A reggeli és a vacsora is nagyon finom volt, a személyzet pedig minden helyzetben kedves és segítőkész volt. Minden tiszta és rendezett volt, a környezet pedig gyönyörű. Szívből ajánljuk mindenkinek!

We really enjoyed our stay! The dives were amazing and best of all was the Team. We didn't feel like guests, we felt like friends. We already miss everyone who is working and guiding there 🥲 Thanks a lot for this wonderful experience!

The location if good with access to the pontoon and snorkelling from the hotel. The rooms are a good size with nice balcony and breakfast was decent

As a dive facility the centre is dangerous as the equipment is old and unreliable. Evening meal choice is limited and the view from the rooms on the land (which could be amazing) is totally restricted by trees.

Excellent rapport qualité prix. Le service est superbe pour l’établissement le moins cher de l’île. Possibilité de plongée avec une team adorable et professionnelle.

It is 4km from the village which means that you have to rent a motorbike (150'000 per day) to move around when you are not a scuba diver. Snorkelling from the pier is nice, just beware of tidal currents. Views from the restaurant and from the beachside villas in the evening are superb! The manager was very friendly and helpful. He asked about breakfast and I could choose indonesian (I can get toast and jam back home every day) which was very good. Unfortunately 1Megarupiah is above my usual budget and I moved on because I quit scuba diving a few years ago. As a diver I would have stayed longer. Bungalow #10 was quiet and well kept. It has a hot shower which saved my day after a 4 + 1 hr boat ride from Tarakan.

Better suited for divers than only-snorkellers.

L'atmosfera è molto familiare e lo staff è molto simpatico e accogliente. Consigliamo decisamente le camere sull'acqua ma ad ogni modo anche le altre sono ottime. Il cibo è buonissimo e la modalità a buffet è estremamente semplice e funzionale. Per il diving l'organizzazione è perfetta e non si può desiderare molto più, le immersioni sono bellissime e le guide brave e professionali. In sostanza è il posto dove stare a Maratua.
