The Uma Guesthouse

There were a mold at the wardrobe, and when we hang out the cloths, the mold ruined white pants. When we told the stuff about what happened , they assured us they will take care of the pants and make it clean. Next day when we check out, they didn’t do the laundry, the pants have been left at the reception at the same place since yesterday. It was super unpleasant experience. Especially when they told us they will take care of it. But the stuff just lied.

Very fresh sheets and towels. Helpful staff. Good location a bit outside of crazy tourist area.

I did not like that the wardrobe was outside/ bathroom outside. Slippery floor during rain season.

The guest house was so peaceful wirh their cute staff

The bathroom was disappointing; generally, the cleaning wasn't enough, but the outside of the room was very nice for relaxing.

I enjoyed the pool area with rice field view. The location was near everything and quiet. Hot water was always available.

The cool lights in the rooms didn't create a cozy atmosphere. Some things could have been cleaner such as under the bed and bathroom.
