L'emplacement est exceptionnel. Les services également ( laundry express). La piscine et le calme en plein milieu du centre ville c'est vraiment fabuleux.

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et la chambre n'était pas super propre mais au vu des autres prestations on ne peut pas leur en tenir rigueur.

The location is great. It's so easy to get around. The staff are lovely, they cleaned my room the next day, they're helpful.

The door to my room wouldn't close unless you locked it. The aircon made a strange noise the entire night. The sheets had a stain on them, they also smelt a little off. The bathroom is super small and if you have a shower the toilet gets wet. The lights are super fluro.

Breakfast was OK. Well balanced. The grounds, pool and landscaping were beautiful, exceptional.

Everything was exceptional.

Good room , great pool and gardens, good breakfast included, the best banana pancakes Ive had in 5x Bali trips, wifi and aircom

Minor gripes. Some broken electrical fittings. Bathroom could have been cleaner

Amazing breakfast. Sumantra is such a kind and caring owner, nothing was too much for him. The location is excellent so close to everything and so quiet for how close it was to main roads. This was my second time staying here and would come back again
