I like the only location.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. As a guest visiting Bali from another country for the first time, I expected basic hospitality, cleanliness, and respectful treatment. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. The food quality was poor and there were hygiene concerns, which should never happen in any hotel, whether it is a small property or a luxury hotel. Food served to guests should be fresh, hot, and prepared with proper hygiene standards. When I raised my concerns, I expected a sincere apology and a professional response from the management. However, the most disappointing part of my stay was the behavior of the manager. Instead of listening to my concerns respectfully and trying to resolve the issue professionally, I felt that I was treated rudely and disrespectfully. As a paying guest, I believe I had every right to report a problem without being made to feel uncomfortable. A replacement meal was later sent to my room, but it appeared to have simply been re-fried and contained excessive oil. Because of this, I did not even touch the food. I travel frequently and enjoy exploring hotels, restaurants, local places, and food experiences. I always provide honest feedback based on my personal experience, and unfortunately this has been one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have had. Bali is a beautiful destination with wonderful people, which is why this experience was even more surprising. I sincerely hope the hotel improves its food hygiene standards, customer service, and the way management handles guest complaints in the future. I would not recommend this property based on my experience.

Personnel très à l’écoute et super ! (Notre driver nous a lâcher pour nous déposer à l’aéroport et le patron nous a gentiment dépanné !!), la chambre est propre et le lit super confortable, thé et café à disposition et aussi grosse bonbonne d’eau gratuite directement dans la chambre (fraîche en plus !!!), Clim qui fonctionne parfaitement bien. Petit déjeuner inclus correct. Location de scooter sur place (vous pouvez trouver moins cher ailleurs mais c’est pratique !)

L’eau de la piscine est très froide !!! Pour le petit déjeuner il faut commander par WhatsApp la veille au gérant avec le choix et l’heure précise (ils nous l’apportent devant la chambre), nous avons dit entre 9h et 10h, ils sont venus frapper fort à la porte dès 8h30 pour le clean room et le petit déjeuner, nous avons été réveillées !!!!

Great value for money, central location, super friendly and helpful staff

The rooms felt a bit dark and a little bit of a musty smell. It was very clean & the room did have an air filter inside the room, but was likely due to the humidity and small window.

I really liked the location. the big guy owner is super lazy.

Very poor experience. The owner knew I was bringing cash to pay for my extended stay, but there was no communication with the staff. Despite my efforts to make payment, I received a call telling me to pack my belongings and leave because they were fully booked. It honestly felt like I was being kicked out. The lack of communication, poor management, and loud construction noise made this a very disappointing stay. Disgusting breakfast!!

Mega goedkoop, hele fijne bedden, lekker in het centrum. En zelfs een watertap en föhn op je kamer.

Det var nogle gange lidt svært at komme i kontakt med personalet. Poolen var lidt lille

Convenient to many places but was a bit noisy at the time of our stay, due to a car accident late at night, followed immediately by electricity going out for about 30 minutes, then some building works during the day, etc, most likely all finished now and car accident was just bad luck. The beds were very comfortable, Wifi good, shower good, people helpful. We didn't eat the breakfast there, though we saw other people's breakfasts and that looked quite good.

Noise at the time of our stay, but was all due to outside or temporary circumstances. The place is on the main road which is very busy, but generally the rooms didn't seem noisy at all.
