Great location near beachfront. Shop on site for basic needs. Room shady area. Bed good. Friendly staff and management. Breakfast ok Flat area easy to walk around and busy road though. White sand beach excellent. Quite good snorkeling off the beach but beware of strong current sometime. Great community area at beachfront faces east. Cleaned regularly. Upstairs area for breakfast and options with good view.

No hot water. Toilet seat broken. No TV as advertised. Picture of breakfast is better than actual breakfast.

The fact the is was next to the beach and restaurants

The fact that the property didn’t look like the photos, there was no garden and the room was dated and neglected. Do not go for a garden view room. Only for the beachfront. The ladies that run breakfast are are really nice.

We booked a garden view room but the photos are very misleading - there hasn’t been any garden for quite some time. These bungalows look out onto a concrete wall and concrete pathway. We looked inside the bungalows along the beach and they are basic and very run down, the air conditioning was barely working and the bathroom was very dirty and smelly. The location is quite remote. Unless you have transport, best to stay somewhere near the harbour. There are so many other options for the same value around, with better facilities.

The light bulb is very dark barely see things in the room

Room was okay only the bathroom. Water in the sink was runs very little and as the shower. Broken pipe. Couldn't find the remote TV as well. The exhaust in the bathroom doesn't work and no ventilation in the toilet

The bathroom and the door ( main entrance door to the room ) was hard to lock and broken handle from inside

Private Beach right outside the room, with amazing views of the Agung volcano across the sea om Bali. Yes the place is a bit run down, but its Nusa Penida so what do you expect.
