The room was new, clean and comfortable. The hosts were lovely.

The location is a bit hard to get to, specially if you have luggage. And the dogs outside barking every time you go in and out of the property, letting all the other guests know your moves was not good.

We had an excellent stay at this guest house. Ms Martina was quite welcoming and made us feel comfortable. The room was neat and clean with a big balcony..There were tea coffee facility, towels and toiletries. The wifi was good. Overall it was a lovely experience and it is highly recommended.

I stayed at Pondok Serayu for 3 nights. Its location is fantastic and it’s spotlessly clean. Martina is a fantastic host that makes sure you are comfortable and happy with your stay. They are currently constructing more rooms. Yes there is work going on but it didn’t affect me one bit during my time here and they finish each day at 6pm. The location was the main reason I booked here. I wanted to be in the thick of it. Across the road from the Ubud art markets, restaurants and shops galore about a 2 minute walk from the guesthouse. A great little place to stay in Ubud.

Martina is an amazing person, very thoughtful and really engaged about giving the customers the best experience!

The host is pretty nice and willing to help us. Also, the place is really convenient which only take few minutes to Ubud palace and art market.

World Class Location in center of Ubud right behind Ubud Palace. Can walk to everything easily!
