I had an accident and broke my shoulder nefore check-in. But owner did nit helobso much she said I haf to pay 3 nights. I did. I stay one night, just 10 hours and left. Facilty is midle of the construction site, mot easy to find, just two room quest house , no proper road as well.

A beautifully presented room with very nice bathroom and lovely upstairs balcony which I could enjoy in the cool of the evening and early morning. Very centrally located only a short walk from the Royal Palace and the two main roads Jalan Raya Ubud and the top of Monkey Forest Road. Close to lots of good cafes, Restaurants and the Arts Market.

You get privacy, quiet nights sleep and value for the price.

The location is in a hill.

The charm of property and cleanliness of the room.

Air con wouldn’t stay on when we were out so room often very warm, it was also very noisy in the mornings.

I highly recommend this homestay. Martina and Agus, the hosts, provided exceptional hospitality. The room was spotless and quiet, with a large, comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. It's a Balinese family residence situated in the center of Ubud, within walking distance of numerous landmarks.

The restaurants and major Ubud attractions are nearby, all within walking distance. But the location is still quiet. So, comfortable to stay in. Very helpful host. Clean and comfortable room.

AC took a long time to cool. Could have been better considering the weather. But since we were out almost the entire time except at night, didn't bother us much. There is a bit of an uphill walk to the property. So, may not work if you have mobility problems or heavy luggage. The hosts helped with the luggage though. It wasn't an issue for us though.
