The view was amazing, the furniture's house was exactly like you can see in photes. The bed was comfortable and the room cozy. Near the house there is a free parking. We diden't book the breakfast but can use kitchen for a coffe. I saw the breakfast prepared for others and sounds plenty and good.

Mrs Katerina is an excellent hostess! She and my girlfriend arranged a 2 year anniversary surprise on March 2025! She also recommended great places to eat and sightseeing! The room was great with an amazing view! All clean, perfect breakfast, absolutely wonderful customer service, and the decoration make everyone feel like home! It was quiet! Value for money! I'll always book the same big room whenever I go to Ioannina!

The wooden interiors, tasteful wallpaper, cozy fireplace, and elegant decor elements like unique lamps and tables created a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. Our room, though compact, was thoughtfully arranged and had everything we needed. The breathtaking view of the lake from our window was a highlight, making mornings especially magical. Breakfasts were a delight — freshly prepared by the lovely hosts, including delicious homemade dishes, fresh juice, good coffee, and a sweet treat to start the day. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, guaranteeing a restful sleep. As animal lovers, we were thrilled to spend time with their adorable dog, which made our stay feel even more personal and homely. The friendly owner was also incredibly helpful, sharing great tips about local attractions and things to do in the area. We’d love to return and highly recommend this peaceful retreat to anyone looking for a cozy, stylish getaway.

room is a lot smaller then expected. picture shown from the lobby and not the rooms which we found misleading. small breakfast area made it a bit crowdy.

This is the most beautiful house. Everything is so well decorated, high quality and spacious rooms. The view is a great bonus. Above all - Katerina is a perfect host. She gave us many tips about the area. The breakfast in front of the lake is an amazing way to start the morning.
