Pondok Rahayu Guest House

The location is fantastic, super close to the beach. The staff if very friendly. The breakfast was very good too. I loved the garden. It was relax and quiet. I liked the outside bathroom.

One dog at night scared the hell of me, I think it was the dog of the owner. Just have to be careful of the dogs when you come back to the place by foot at night.

Quiet place, beautiful lodge, really friendly family and breakfast was amazing and vegetarian friendly. Free drinking water too without single use plastic. 100% recommended.

The family who run Pondok Rahayu are so friendly and kind. The owners Budi and Nila are really lovely. I felt so at home. Only 7 rooms so not a million guests running around. Lovely garden. Breakfast is nice. You can eat while chatting to others at the main seating area or choose to have it at your own verandah. The beach is just 5 mins walk. And only 2 mins walk to the main street of Pemuteran for cafes and restaurants. Perfect location. All round great choice.

If you must have consistently hot water in the shower then you might not find it here. Personally with 30 degree weather I don't care but thought I'd mention it for others.

Fantastic value. Individual cottages with all that that needs. Shared breakfast area, with good choices. The MOST hospitable hosts. Very helpful in organising local diving (which was SUPERB), onward travels etc . 2 minutes walk to beach. Excellent casa for evening meal within 5 minutes.

I liked the view ofthe garden. It was amazing. The staff was very helpfull. I liked the the bathroom. It is nice. The bed was confortable.

There was no cleaning during the 5 days. On the second day someone came to clean, but for me the time was not convenient. I said that it is not conveniemt for me at this moment. She came no more during my stay there.

A great stay in bungalow nestled in the lovely garden. Comfy bed and room. Easy 5 min walk to the beach. Family that run the guest house are v friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was just OK, very basic.

Rooms needing to be more maintained and clean. Noisy from accommodation next room and very noisy from road. Staff was excellent and try to help with everything.

The property was really well maintained and close to shops and the beach. The gardens were lovely and you can see that lots of love and care Goni to them.

It was quite noisy. We have never stayed in a guest house before so had no expectations. The villa we stayed in was beside a lane way. It was not major but surprised us.
