Adi is a great host that makes you feel welcome in Kertasari and helps out with all questions. He took us to a local wedding the day we arrived and helped us with scooters, surfboard rental and taxi services.

"An untouched paradise!"

What can I say, this is everything I wished for and much more. If you're looking for a getaway from the crowds of Bali and Lombok, this is just a ferry and short ride from east Lombock. Here you find the most beautiful empty beaches, and community that let's you experience the local way of living and so much more. Coconut, sea weed and fruit plantations contributing to the most amazing locally grown dishes and sollo- sollo Homestay just in the middle of it all. Close to grocery stores, warungs and most importantly the beaches. Just a 30min ride away is one of the most beautiful waterfalls in indonesia. The best of it all is the homestay and the wonderful family who hosts it, who will go over and out to improve your stay. The owner is very knowledgeable and can answer all questions that you may have. The quiet surroundins allow you to enjoy your time as much as possible. My room was a small 2 floor house, with a hammock, table, chairs and a comfortable mattress. Free coffe and water is available. Overall is this everything you've been looking for in indonesia without the crowds, beautiful beaches, open and kind locals and most importantly an unforgettable time.

In my ongoing 7 day stay, I didn't find a single thing I disliked.
