A little dated and tired feeling. Sink didn’t drain well. Shower curtain not anchored well. Etc.

Very Quaint place to stay. Breakfast is a plus!

The location was perfect! Walking distance to all the cute downtown pub, cafe's and shopping. It had ample parking for our rental car and the staff was over the top friendly and helpful. This place really felt like you were transported back in time....Only slight negative was the rooms used actual keys and we had trouble with our lock a few times. Something so small as that wouldn't deter me from visiting again though. 10 out of 10 experience.

Fantastic breakfast . Great choice. Close to town. Very nice staff.

Mattress could have been a little softer... but that's just to our liking.

Location

Great location in Kinsale with parking and breakfast included. We were a party of 3 and had a super large bedroom. Lots of options for breakfast, both continental and freshly cooked made to order hot breakfast.

The water pressure for the shower was a bit weak one day and somewhat improved the next day. Shower temperature was perfect though.

Th room was spacious and comfortable with a great view and easy walking into Kinsale and the harbor. Amazing breakfast!

No drinking water for or in rooms.
