"Hazel was amazing, looked after us all. She even got up at 6am to prepare us breakfast and say goodbye to us all."

Quirky property in the heart of the cities party area. If you close the windows and put on the air con the noise you are warned about is minimal.

Nothing but be prepared for the stairs! So travel light, large suitcases are not ideal here!

Party location. You are warned about noise, but with window closed and air con on it’s not an issue.

A lot of stairs but journey worth it as the room was beautiful.

Perfect location to explore the heart of Galway and experience the shopping, restaurants, live music, and nightlife. Friendly staff. Small but comfortable rooms. Rich history with this hotel. Laundromat was right around the corner.

Narrow hallways and stairs and no elevator, but this was well- communicated in the booking. We had one person with minor mobility issues so they were accommodating by giving them a room closest to the ground floor.

"En buena zona y limpio"

Ubicación perfecta. A pié a todas partes. Colchón cómodo aunque habitaciones pequeñas. Lugar con mucha historia y encanto. La primera noche la habitación no correspondía con lo contratado pero al reclamar nos cambiaron a la adecuada la siguiente noche. Desayuno completo continental. El ruido no nos supuso ningún problema.

Que no respetasen de entrada que la reserva era a habitación con "vistas a ciudad" y no a un callejón oscuro por el mismo precio .Bien es cierto que al día siguiente después de quejarnos lo arreglaron pero con las consabidas molestias para nosotros. Por lo demás todo estuvo bien. Encantadores

Historic small hotel right in the middle of Galway’s Latin Quarter. The best place to stay if you want to experience Galway

Location - Super central to all the busy places for tourists, shops, pubs, restaurants . Handy to pop in and out of through the day Very clean, cosy n comfortable rooms Parking nearby (pay per day)
