Hosts were great. Rooms were nice. Restaurant and bar had great food. No frills no nonsense room. Would stay here again

It’s nicely situated if you’re doing the Ring of Kerry and want to continue either to Tralee or to the South to Cork or Glengarriff. The bed was comfy and the checking in was easy.

There were stains on some of the towels and also on the ceiling. There was a spider that came out from the shower drain when I had turned on the water. You can hear the cars passing from the road and the kitchen ventilation, however it’s rather a distant sound than a very loud one.

Nothing at all

Staff showed me to my room, the room looked nice and clean, bed made, all that. Later on it was getting cold but had no heating whatsoever, by the night it was 14C in the room, slept in my jumper and tracksuit bottoms. It was Friday night and the staff forgot to mention that it was social night, people gathered at the pub and started playing music loudly, it went on until 12.30am. that would've been ok, it's a pub, just get triple glazed windows or put people into rooms away from the crowd, simple, you'd think. Not too far from my window there was a commercial extractor fan that turned on and off every 15 minutes. I originally booked for 3 nights, left after the first one and never looked back. Contacted the place about the issues, not a word from them. I've lived in Ireland for 17 years, not once I experienced such utter sh*te.
