Good price and great location

Towel not so clean

It was cozy and had a good view.

The staff was unresponsive and they didn't even bother to refill your water.

The people are kind.

The aircon wasnt working on the day we checked in. It was a big room but the bedsheets are not clean as it’s itchy. The water tap has some worms.

We liked the koi fish and gardens. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The beds were comfortable.

The property didn’t match the photos used. Now having stayed there, we feel the photos were a bit deceptive. The bathroom wasn’t very clean, taps and shower screen haven’t been cleaned properly in a long time. The shower handle was broken and kept falling off. It was difficult to get the water temperature right with the handle constantly falling off. There were no towels to stand on as a bath mat, only a disgusting plastic mat that looked old and never cleaned. The property is amongst residents and or a home stay. There were crying children at times and roosters next door so it wasn’t very peaceful. The property is down a lane way market, so every time you want to go out or come home you have to walk down the market and get hassled by all the shop keepers. Some people may like this about the location but we didn’t.
