"Good Homestay in Central Ubud"

The location was excellent, very close to central area & walks. The staff were very friendly & helpful & did whatever they could to make stay the best it could be. Room and bathroom were very good-clean, AC, kettle, fridge, plenty of hot water. Room serviced every day. Refillable water. Very nice pool area & dining area for breakfast. Wifi was mostly good.

The Booking.com info says TV with satellite but no TV at all! Breakfast was fine but very limited choice - no Indonesian choice. I have no complaints about the place except I think it is probably overpriced. I have stayed in Ubud numerous times and always in similar sort of Homestay. When I booked this I thought it was going to be better than my usual homestay experience as room was about 10,000-15,000 more expensive than all my other stays but nothing was above the previous standards.

Close to town is the best thing Breakfast good for price, rooms good for price , no views as in amongst buildings but lovely temple garden , fish pond

Too noisy with kids, roosters, family talking, etc. very poor maintenance and cleaning. Very run down.
