Detox and Spa Package - The Istana

Amazing view, facilities are ok, nothing special. They keep them very clean though. Many people like this place very much, I wasn’t feeling it… No soul.

Shared female dorm was comfortable and I was very lucky with the other girls- recommend!

The location to the beach and cafes. The view was spectacular.

The service was not good. They were not prepared for the number of people ordering. One staff member was very dismissive when trying to order food and made everything difficult. I attempted to make contact weeks prior to arriving and no one returned my calls. Too expensive for the service we received. No tea/coffee facilities and had to wait until kitchen opened. At check in made us sit for a long time and did not come and find us again. I was forgotten about when in the sensory deprivation. Was told they would come and get me when the hour was up, but this did not happen. Had to ask for water, this was not topped up regularly. Tha air-conditioning did not work for 3 nights.
