Great location near the Central Bus Station. Good tram connections to the rest of the city. Very quiet neighbourhood. Supermarket located nearby.

Fridge didn't seem to work.

For a short stay the perfect fit. Close to the central bus station where you arrive and travel onwards. Flexible arrival time wasn't a problem and a room that provides all the necessities for a nice stay. The guy even borrowed us an umbrella which saved us big time that night :)

This place is great because it's just a 10-minute walk from the Zagreb bus station, which was very convenient for us. It has everything you need for a short stay. The place isn’t new, and I believe there are four different rooms available, each with its own entrance. The host was very welcoming. Overall, we were pleased with our stay.

No kettle, bad WiFi

I spent 5 days traveling in Croatia with my partner, and this was definitely the best accommodation and the best host we could have had. The location was good (next to the station), quiet, and the room was perfect. Large, spacious, with everything we could need, it even had an outdoor space. Wonderful. Also, the host had great communication from moment 0. He was always concerned that we understood the instructions, and helped us with everything we needed. We had a problem that caused us to go to the police station and he pointed us to the police station and even offered to come with us and talk to his police acquaintances to tell us exactly what to do and how to fix the problem. I have rarely encountered such attentive and considerate hosts. If I return to Croatia, I will stay here again.

Great room with everything you need. Everything was clean and well presented even if basic. The bathroom was clean and had complimentary shower gel. The room had air conditioning and a complimentary cold bottle of water which was very needed after walking around in the heat of Zagreb in August. The host was very warm and welcoming.

The only thing I that could have been better was the price as, given the location and the basic necessities in the room, I found it a bit expensive. However, it was clean and convenient to take an early bus the next morning.

The culinary offerings are a feast for the senses. The breakfast, a lavish spread of local and international delicacies, is a culinary journey that begins each day on a high note. The dining experience is further elevated by the serene ambiance of the dining area, where every meal feels like a royal banquet.

I can say nothing negative about this stay. The accommodations were unparalleled, and the service provided by the host was excellent. I highly recommend Rooms Butkovic :D
