Very friendly and supportive host, speaks good English; the lovely mama always tries to support and make me an enjoyable stay in Zagreb. Excellent location, 6 min walk from the central bus station, with a supermarket, convenient stores and restaurants around for grab-and-go, 20min walk to the old town and the busy area. Rooms are exceptional clean, even cleaner than other 4 stars or 5 stars that I have stayed before. In short, an ideal option for convenience, comfort and hygiene if you want to stay near the central bus station. Will definitely be back when I go to Zagreb again

The road condition around the central bus station is not very good. Not easy to drag a heavy suitcase around.

Very comfy and exceptional clean bed. All bedding items are clean and almost new (at least they look new to me). The wash room is also bright and clean.

Stop by Zagreb for days and continue my trips to Plitvice and Dubrovnik before coming back. The host is so helpful and help me keep the heavy suitcase before I am back.

The location of room was perfect, near to the bus station as we travelled by bus. Only few minutes walk to reach it and it easy to localize. The room was perfectley clean and tidy. It is small, but there are everything you can need. It was equipped with TV, air conditioner, a small fridge, comfortable bed, wardrobe, table, chairs. The owner even prepared tea, water heater and instant coffee with cups, which was very nice in the morning. The bathroom has a toilet, shower and sink. Full set of towels, haidryer, soap, mini shampoo and shower gel were in the bathroom. We stayed only one nigh and it was much better than exptected. We arrived during the night, but there was no any problem to get the keys, by a very genius idea of the owner. The landlady and the owner were very kind and nice. There is supermarket nearby the rooms, when we can buy food and drink too. I recommend this accomodation absolutely and we will book it again if we go to Zabreb.

The room is basic but clean and tidy. It's a 7 minute walk to the main bus station, which also has a tram stop into the centre. The staff I met were very friendly and helpful. The area is quiet and I felt safe enough walking as a solo female at 7am and 9pm. Perfect for a short trip, particularly if you have a late arrival or early departure from the bus station.

Very minor - the rooms are in the backyard of another property that has a loud barking dog. Thankfully it doesn't bark too late or too early though.

Great unit walking distance from bus station, shops and restaurents close by. Apartment is new , bed comfortable bathroom nice size no real issues.
