Rain Forest Guest House and Jungle Trekking

The room in itself is nice, but the problem is that you wake up from all the motorbikes passing by and there is also a very loud karaoke bar nextdoor.

Unfortunately the women who ownes the place is so unfriendly… also if she knows u did a trek with another company she gets mad and kicks u out. The staff is nice tho.

Good location next to the river.

Extremely friendly staff, very helpful and fun to be around. Comfortable layout next to the river. It’s a magical place in the middle of nature with the jungle close by and experienced guides to take you to find wild orangutans on a day trip. Fantastic experience all around, cannot recommend it enough. Go there, you will not be disappointed!

I don't understand the transfer of the fee for card payment from the accommodation provider to the customer.

the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. we did not book the jungle tour through them and they took it as a personal insult. we booked via booking.com and got confirmation a few days before. when we arrived they tried hard to turn us away and were very rude.

Booked the property on Booking.com a week in advance. Arrived on check in date to be told that there was a miscommunication between their booking team and the guest house so no room was available. To add to this, the manager was incredibly rude and dismissive - worst experience with staff I have had after 7 weeks in Indonesia.

Besides the nice environment, the guesthouse also organises jungle trekking and other adventures to explore the jungle and wild animals.

We stay 4 nights in total. Everything was perfect. The family is very kind and helpful. The restaurant is very good and cheap.

Expect a wait when ordering food.

We loved that it was right next to the water and that there was a river that we could all down to and swim in. Also the food was very good and the restaurant was very cute. The beds were super comfy as well. Would highly recommend booking a jungle tour through them as we really enjoyed that.
