Central location. Atmosphere, you feel at home. Lots of places to relax on the territory - green, well-kept. Nice hosts and staff. There is a kitchen, a swimming pool.

Minus - no water pressure, it is impossible to wash your hair, the body with difficulty. With a swimming pool and such a climate, a shower is paramount. It is advisable to replace the towels or change the laundry.

very pretty outside area and the location was perfect. Nice bathroom with hot shower, and nice clean room.

The location of this property is perfect. With some TLC, this property really could be fantastic.

We had two rooms, both were very dirty. Room 1 - there were weird bugs on the wall, my sister actually woke up with one in the bed right by her head. We have zero idea what these bugs were but I have attached a photo. She found a cockroach in her wash bag too. As she was worried about the cleanliness due to the bugs, she wanted to check the bed, when she saw the state of the mattress we immediately booked somewhere else and checked out the next day (a day early) Room 2 - there were dead bugs on the shelf by the bed that were there from the time we arrived to checking out despite our room ‘being cleaned’. The floor was filing, I’m not sure it had even been mopped. The bathroom was probably one of the worst bathrooms I’ve stayed at. The bath was filthy, the drain on the floor by the toilet was uncovered and smelt, there were ants and cockroaches round it plus the sink and bath were mouldy. Both rooms had stained bed sheets, god knows what the stains were from but they weren’t pleasant. A good deep clean, new mattresses and bedding and this place really could be something. It’s such a shame.

Quiet and central location to Ubud main streets. Simple, but attractive villas with a pool that was a sufficient size for the land area. There was a cosy and shaded small pondok in the garden, providing another outdoor reading/relaxing option. Bed was firm but comfortable. Upstairs outdoor balcony was sufficiently spacious, pleasantly breezy and well furnished. Staff were efficient and friendly. Good luck for the future with your very pleasant and inviting homestay!

No major problems but for minor improvement, I would suggest repairing the ceiling fan (didn't work), investigate increasing the water pressure in the shower, provide a bath mat and purchase some new towels.

Beautiful place to stay, the family was really nice. The location is perfect in ubud, close to the royal palace and at the same time, absolutely quiet. Amazing!

This location is ideal, close to Ubud palace, market, and right off the main street, yet it's quiet and peaceful inside the lovely, carved gates of the compound.

The location was amazing, you pop though a door from the street and the street noise nearly disappears. The rooms were spacious, and quite pleasant. We (family of 5) enjoyed the pool and the streets of central Ubud only meters away. Next door is a great Warung, Mini Market and there were many more just up the road. Monkey forest about 15min walk and temples and dance shows even closer.

We loved it, but the shower was very basic, just passable.
