Really good welcoming and yummy breakfast ☺️ Not next to the mainly road so less noise, it’s really good point and next to the mainly visit spot

Honestly an amazing hidden gem in Ubud, really lovely people running the place and nice placed where it's peaceful yet conveniently located right by the main Street in Ubud. If you're looking for authentic architecture and a nice relaxed guesthouse, this won't disappoint!

It is a guest house that is is run by a native Balinese family that are just wonderful, nice, and accommodating. Wayan and Made made sure everything was as easy and chill as possible - they really make sure you feel like family. Room: The room they put us in was on the 2nd floor within their compound. It is a goegoues Balinese royalty inspired room with intricate wood and stone carvings. The bed was a king sized bed complete with mozzie net. It was a spacious room with a beautiful balcony and sitting area. The bathroom was spacious and has all the amenities including body wash and shampoo made from Bali. Food: The breakfast was first class with a selection of fruits, juices, and meals such as Pandan Pancakes, nasi goreeng, scrambled eggs, or mei goreeng (there are more selections). It's all home made by them. Technology: Wifi was fast and easy to connect to with no drop outs. The area receives 4g+ which was fast enough for international video conferencing. Environment: It is a guest house but has a beautiful lush green outlook and water features found in a Balinese residence of great repute. Location: It is situated in the back streets of JL Bisma close to the hustle and bustle of Ubud but far enough so you don't get city or loud noises. You overlook rice fields and other properties in the area with vistas of the mountains on a clear day. You are super close to an awesome Coffee shop (Inoz Coffee) and a warrung that serves delicious Indonesian food for 20-30k IDR (Papege S Warrung). Price: You absolutely CANNOT go wrong with the price for the quality you will experience. Other plusses: They are very knowledgeable in the area and are prepares to help out with anything you may have questions for. They have transport to the airport as well for a fee (very reasonable) We will be back - family always comes back!

Nothing at all - in fact when there was an issue with the hose on the bathroom they fixed it immediately. Everything was perfect.

Tout était parfait. Le logement? Incroyable! Il faut aller passer au moins une nuit!. Tres belle maison traditionnelle avec de nombreuses chambres toutes indépendantes avec chacune une terrasse. L accueil est familial on se sent bien la famille est très disponible . La chambre est très propre bien équipée.

Location was amazing if you want to walk around Ubud. Rooms are spacious and have a princess-vibe with the big high up beds. The small gardens and fountain make you forget your in busy Ubud.

We had issues in the bathroom and asked for it to be fixed (water leaking) but even though they said it was done the problem remained and probably had been one for a while given the water marks in the wall.

The guest house is located in an incredibly beautiful setting—in the middle of rice fields, yet just 3 mins away from the Main Street, so it was very tranquil and peaceful, more so by some sweet artsy elements in the building, coy fish, a fountain right next to our facility. The staff and owners were really kind, too, always making small talk, and giving some advice on what to do. Their lil dog was also a highlight, although a barky one. You can rent a scooter right at the property if it’s available and it’s 100k. Breakfast is included and the green pancake is a must try, along with the very yummy fresh juices.

As we came in rainy season and stayed on the first floor, we’ve had quite a few insects in our room (which the geckos took care of to some degree). The mosquito net was helpful for some of that, too. The ac was pretty loud and woke me up the first night, but we’ve figured out that at 26 degrees it runs smoother and quieter. The facility was mostly clean but the bathroom could use some more cleaning, especially the bathtub.
