Really nice property and staff. Except for the owner(i think) he seemed a bit rude, or may be that’s how he is. Could learn how to and how not to speak to guests. Otherwise fantastic property

Staff gentilissimo, ci hanno accolto molto bene e si sono resi disponibili a rispondere a tutte le nostre domande e richieste di informazioni. Camera grande e pulita con aria condizionata e zanzariera per il letto. Per quanto riguarda la colazione è FANTASTICA!! Tutto buonissimo con specialità locali, noi consigliamo il black Rice pudding e il green pancake, veramente ottimi e preparati con amore dal proprietario! Frutta fresca anche molto buona.

WiFi was a bit weak at times

We came here towards the end of our trip, and of the 5 accomodations we stayed at, this one had the most heart. Run by a lovely family, the rooms are nice, spacious and very clean. Even though you are very central, you feel like you are in a remote little country side cabin. No road noise, no roosters, just beautifully maintained gardens. Every night before bed the lovely owner asked us for our breakfast order, and every morning we were greeted with a delicious home cooked breakfast. One of the best breakfasts we had on our trip. Bonus points, the owner remided us of Uncle Iroh with his warm demeanor. It was impossible not to fall a little in love with the vibes. Would come back here if returning to Ubud!

There were only two things we didn't love. The bathroom fixtures could use some updating (specificaly the shower head), and because the guesthouse is off the main roads, you have to walk your suitcase a few meters to the door, as cars can't get down the small side roads required to get there. Neither of those were dealbreakers for us though.

Un hôtel familial situé au milieu des rizières, loin du bruit et de l'activité du centre. On à l'impression d'être dans un ancien temple hindou avec ses statues et ses bâtiments. Je recommande le petit déjeuner préparé par le chef qui à l'air d'être sorti tout droit d'un film de Myazaki. Très bon point de chute pour découvrir la ville. On peut également louer un scooter pour découvrir les environs.

Il n'y a pas grand chose à redire à part qu'il y a eu un problème d'eau chaude pendant quelques heures et donc la douche ne fonctionnait que à l'eau froide, pas spécialement grave quand il fait chaud. Je n'ai pas réussi à trouver l'interrupteur pour éteindre la lumière de la terasse.

I had a wonderful stay at Bali Moon Guesthouse! The surroundings are absolutely beautiful—lush greenery and a peaceful atmosphere that makes you feel truly connected to nature. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering a perfect place to relax. Breakfast was delicious every morning—fresh, flavorful, and served with care. But what really made the stay unforgettable was the amazing host—so kind, helpful, and welcoming. You can feel the genuine warmth and hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a serene and comfortable stay in Ubud!
