"Disgusting place with health hazards"

View is amazing

It is the most disgusting stay in 100+ hotels I have booked through booking.com. There was cloth eating silverfish all over the walls, bed bugs, wet mattress, broken walls, toilet handle rusted, dirty bedsheets, broken fan, ants on the bed. They gave us the room which was a hub of health hazards. We left the next day. Never book this place unless you want to create health hazards for yourself.

Meilleur Nasi goreng que j'ai mangé de ma vie. La propriétaire est super gentille et nous a donné des conseils sur notre séjour.

Au niveau de la salle de bain la douche est vraiment quasiment au dessus des toilettes. Mais il y avait une baignoire donc on a pris notre douche dedans plutot.

La vue, la propreté

Braucoup trop d escaliers, les marches trop hautes et irréguliéres, et même pas une rampe pour se tenir. Très difficile pour les personnes ågées et dangereux pour les enfants.

"Нет связи с объектом размещения от момента бронирования до заезда"

К сожалению взаимодействие с персоналом до заезда не возможно - на наше сообщение о проблемах с поиском объекта ответили только на следующий день, когда мы уже благополучно заселились в другой отель. Дорога к отелю через лавовые поля ужасающа, возможно есть другой путь, но информационной поддержки от отеля мы не получили. P.S. Не знаю какого цвета были облака в то время суток, но первое сообщение в отель было отправлено в 3 p.m. Мне кажется что до вечера было достаточно времени, чтобы помочь гостям хотя бы информацией)) И, у Букинг прекрасная поддержка, которая отправляла в объект размещения запрос на отмену бронирования, но видимо у отеля проблема с коммуникацией не только с гостями, но и с площадками для бронирования.

Amazing views and host is so lovely and the best cook!!! Happy to help with attractions around the area and anything you need! Views from king suite are to die for !! Second time staying here and love it

Stunning modern room with spectacular view of Mt Batur at sunrise. Very attentive staff and great view from the breakfast terrace. Some steps to climb up to the parking - after all it is a mountain.
