Lovely private rooms with stunning view of the volcano of Mt Batur.

Only downside is the access to local amenities. We hired a bike to visit local restaurants and sights

The outside air air is great, but inside air in room is very bad, because there is no ventilation in the room, all windows are completely closed by glass windows....

Such a wonderful host and really an incredible place. I had dinner both nights with pleasure at the villa.

I love Kintamani in general , amazing place to visit and enjoy the real nature . The property is nice and has an amazing view . Staff also are kind very helpful.

The road to the property is not fully paved. However, renting a bike would make the journey much easier.

Fruits in the room, staff helped to reach the ATM, when it realized that UnionPay card doesn't work with their bank terminals. Stunning views. Cute puppies at neighbours. Small store upstairs with nice prices (at least they have beer).

A lot of flies. It felt like in a prison - everybody asks where you are going. The food wasn't good, I would say 5 out of 10. The manager wanted me to do an extra payment of 200.000 IDR for the breakfast for the child, but I wouldn't pay for the breakfast more than 30.000 IDR.

the staff wasn't ready by the time we got to the hotel and asked us if I want to book hotel with her. she was very rude and mentioned "oh usually kids, doesnt stay with their parents in the same room" I said there's no way I'm gonna leave my kids in different room. breakfast time, my kids want a indonesian specialty noodle, which cost in the store for 3000Rp, and a soda, they charged me 100000Rp!!! that must be the most expensive soda in the whole world! 7 dollars for a bottle of soda and noodle! she didn't give me receipts or anything, I just ask, how much she said 100000. she has attitude and not welcoming at all. her attitude just not willing to help any guess. the road on the way to the property is dirt road which is not paved yet, getting there at night is scary especially lots of dogs around and only one car can fit. you need to go down stairs with no rails to get to the room which is not kids friendly. make sure to book the jeep not through her, she charged extra 400k compared to others. the price is in higher ends which I expected to have better service at least but it wasn't at all. it was breezy during the night so it's ok not to have Air conditioner but I would rather have during the day. I asked the lady to make up the sofa bed with extra sheets or blanket for the kiddos and she wanted me to pay for making the bed. this property charged 500k extra than what neighborhood offers but still want my $$ .

I loved staying at the Ayodya Batur Villa. When I arrived the hostess upgrade my room to the suite, which was very clean, spacious and had a great balcony with a view of the mountain and black lava. The view from the hotel is out of this world, you’ll just want to keep staring at it. The food provided at the hotel was delicious and all the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hostess even helped me arrange a driver for my second day and then my transfer to my next location. I was there for two nights and I would highly recommend staying here. Please check out the area in Kintamani and don’t just come for the Mount Batur. It has some beautiful temples and cafes with beautiful views.

Beautiful and very serene view of the mountain and black lava ash. Clean and neat room. Good food is served upon order. Wonderful, friendly, and accommodating staff. Excellent hospitality.

Be warned! There are a lot of steep steps to go to the room. #mindtheknees A lot of flies during the day if you are eating especially. It can be a nuisance.
