Super nice location, secluded by palmtrees and a lush green garden. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very near the beach.

Bathroom clean, but a little worn down.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfy with a lovely balcony. The property has a nice view on the backwaters and is only a minute walk to the beach. Having our morning coffees with that lovely view was a fantastic way to start the day.

Bathroom could have been a bit better maintained. Otherwise it was lovely

-wifi was ok for normal surfing - location is good , just 3 min away from beach

-hut looks kind of old and not good maintained It's very basic and normally I don't mind about these points but for the price you have to pay it's just too much. I stayed also 1 night at another place in Palolem and payed a similar price and got a modern well maintained hut. So the hut is overpriced for what you get. -bath was not really clean and due to the age of the hut also a lot of vermin was present in the night

Place, especially sitout

1) I wish the Fan was focused on the bed 2) Would have preferred a standing fan if possible

The room its self was very very basic but it had all I needed. The staff and owner were very friendly and if I needed anything I only had to ask.

That so many bugs could get in the room as the room had many little holes for bus to get in. The bathroom again had so many holes in the paper thin walls the shower it’s self was more of a trickle than a shower and it was right next to an electric plug which was extremely dangerous. This property did not accept payment by card but the owner did give me a lift there and back to the ATM

Good location and quite peaceful. Really enjoyed the river view.

Some man staring into the room from the broken part of the hut. Very disturbing. Otherwise very good place. Recommend it to many people already.

Set in the most tranquil part of Palolem! Nature all around you, with the most wonderful sounds of the back waters and lots to look out for! All this, and still a few yards from the beach - you can hear the waves ! The hut is spacious and clean. We booked extra nights for the rest of our stay 😃
