"Overall it's good, safe and peaceful"

I love the peacefulness and safety surroundings it has. The room is very spacious and loved how our host is very friendly.

The property is in a good location, in a nice peaceful area only a short walk from many good restaurants and cafes. The rooms are nice and clean with a fridge, kettle, coffee and tea provided. And the property itself is lovely, with a nice courtyard to sit and relax in. Would definitely recommend!

Had a really lovely stay at Villa Khatun for 2 nights. The place was peaceful, clean, and had a very warm vibe throughout the stay. A special mention to Giri from the staff — he was extremely helpful, polite, and always made sure everything was comfortable for us.

Das blaue Haus mit den vielen Blumen und den Schildkröten. Unsere Wohnung hatte ein Schlafzimmer, eine Küche mit Essbereich und Kühlschrank. Die Dusche im Badezimmer hatte immer heißes Wasser. Es gab noch ein Patio direkt vor der unserer Tür und eine überdachte Veranda. An der Straßenecke gab es einen kleinen Kiosk. Man könnte alles zu Fuß erreichen.

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

Absolutely wonderful. Thank you Alim for all the information that I needed. A delightful, quaint Guesthouse... wake up to the sound of birds. Lovely staff, thank you Giri and the rest of the group. Perfectly situated and thankfully not in the midst of traffic.
