Villa Khatun Guesthouse - Peaceful Boutique Guesthouse near Fontainhas in Panjim

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was very welcoming and professional.I loved staff he mentioned that he is from Orissa. He is very polite and had a great time with him. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making my stay enjoyable. The overall service and facilities were very good. I recommend this hotel for its great service and comfort.

The only drawback I experienced was some sound disturbance from the neighboring room, which slightly affected the quietness. However, apart from that, everything else was excellent.

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Khatun. Shiba made us feel very welcome, with a good list of recommendations for the local area and complimentary water, tea and coffee. There is a separate entrance for guests to the property, with a pretty shaded courtyard, which is nice to sit in. Our room was very clean and. had its own attached kitchen and bathroom, with a good shower and fans throughout. I would only recommend bringing earplugs if you are a light sleeper, as there are cockerels early in the morning.

The room was very clean, with a small area for eating and a fridge (very helpful for warm days). The place is in a quiet area but still few minutes by walking to many restaurants and cafes. Alim, our host shared many tips and he was friendly and helpful letting us do an early check-in and offering an upgrade for some nights to a bigger room (with AC). Shiva, was very nice and helpful helping us with scooter rental and anything we needed. This place has a great value for money.

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Panjim! Villa Khatun Guest House is a true Goan retreat! The cottages are beautifully designed in traditional Goan style, surrounded by lush greenery and serene water bodies. Waking up to the sight of vibrant flowering plants cascading in front of my room was simply magical. The location is perfect—just 5 minutes from Panjim Market and the City Church, making it super convenient for exploring. The rooms were spotless, with fresh bedding and comfortable pillows, ensuring a restful stay. If you're looking for a peaceful, charming, and centrally located stay in Goa, Villa Khatun is an absolute delight! Highly recommended

We really loved the little apartment we stayed in in Panaji. The host was so friendly and welcoming. He sent around a pdf of things to do in the local area which had some excellent recommendations and ideas. The room was clean and well maintained. All the staff were friendly and helpful. It was only a short walk into the Fontainhas district and to the bus stand to access Old Goa and Candolim. All round a really good stay.
