Villa Khatun Guesthouse - Peaceful Boutique Guesthouse near Fontainhas in Panjim

First time and place to stay in GOA. I liked that you basically have a little home to yourself. The neighbourhood seems fine, stray dogs and stuff but that seems to be everywhere. The host was a brilliant help, giving me ideas on where to go for food and sight seeing.

It's a wonderful little place to stay, bit of a walk from the beach, but there are busses. Can't say much bad about it! No cooking facilities, kettle for tea and coffee is there though and fridge.

The blue walls are lovely - and Shiva was very helpful and kind, allowing us for a slightly later check in as we overslept. The bathroom was big enough and honestly amongst the cleanest bathroom I came across while staying in India.

The room was a bit smaller than expected, and there where construction works starting early in the morning. I am aware this is not forever, but It would have been great to have known about this in advance instead of being woken up suddenly at 7:30AM by very loud drillings.

Very cosy, quiet, clean. Very comfortable bed and pillow. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom mosquito plug in repellent worked. Provided with bottle water, also there was a water filter. Nice outdoor living room with fan, books, games. Lovely turtles in the garden.

Might have been lovely to also have AC as an option. Space was just big enough for me to practice my yoga.

Everything is great. Staff is super friendly and hospitable. Room is big and clean. They even let us choose one of two different rooms. There are two small grocery stores nearby and several nice restaurants in 5 minutes walk. Definitely worth to stay here for a couple of nights to explore the town

I loved my stay here, great value for money, nice cozy room in a nice quiet neighborhood with sweet nice host.

Very nice and clean room with tea/coffee/water provided. The host was very welcoming, gave us tips what to do around here and arranged us a taxi. Really a great choice!! :)

Staying at this place was very nice. The room assistant Mr. Jashobanta was very friendly and cooperative. Overall experience is 10 out 10. Thank you guys..
