Villa Khatun Guesthouse - Peaceful Boutique Guesthouse near Fontainhas in Panjim

Very comfortable and convenient stay in Old Panjim. Staff is very welcoming and helpful, and even upgraded me for free when a deluxe room was available.

Very clean property and Shiva the guy who works there was very helpful he regularly help me to call cabs and auto Rikshaw. Worth for what I paid very economic but still very nice villa.

The place is serene and calm, obviously noise-free. The only issues I found were, the tough accessibility of conveyances to the Panjim market and all; also there are a lot of stray dogs around the spot.

I chose the property because of the reviews it has and it did not disappoint at all. I loved the interior, it's very calm and beautiful. It you are okay with not having an AC, this place is great! The fans cool the room enough. Alim was a great host and the stay was very comfortable. It's also in Fountain haus so it was fun to walk around as well!
