Staff were extremely helpful, kind and welcoming. The accommodation is very clean and nicely decorated, kitchen area is really useful - even comes with complimentary water and tea! Shared common space as well which is very nice and, again, really nicely decorated. Location was great for us to explore Fontainhas.

This place is amazing value for money. Very comfortable room with a kettle and fridge and also a stove if you fancy cooking! Very nicely placed for beaches and town centre. I rented a bicycle and it's alls you need around here.

The rooms are big and comfortable. The location is excellent - quite a walk to the centre of Fontainas but still near some interesting places and generally very quiet (apart from the usual street dogs). There is a water filter, and a large fridge so cold water was always available.

We didn’t realise how hot and humid it would be at the end of March, and should really have found somewhere with air-conditioning. There were room fans but it wasn’t enough for us. Also there were no mosquito nets so we were bitten quite a lot. This is more a fault of our ignorance than an issue with the property.

This is the best place in India I have stayed in. The room had many small details that made it very pleasant, such as clothes hooks, small tables to put things on, extra kitchen utensils, etc. There are 2 outdoor sitting/garden areas that are well maintained and pleasant to use. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Communication response was fast and helpful. I can't say enough good things about the place.

The only possible negative about the site I could say is that the location is a bit far (only about 1km) from the center of town. This is also a positive as it is quieter.

Quiet, calm, peaceful and pleasant. Lovely outside sitting, relaxing areas with fans. Nice decor. Great location. Can rent a very good scooter with no hassle.

I got upgraded to another guest house just down the road and it was amazing, the staff were very polite and helpful. The room was very big and clean and the location was spot on, just a short walk away from all the lovely cafes and restaurants. 100% would recommend!
