"An enjoyable stay and accommodating hosts."

Great location short distance from the train station and town centre. As a solo traveller I found the people friendly and very helpful out and about. The Florence cater for Solo travellers and are very helpful. The breakfast is very good with many options you only have to ask if David doesn’t ask you first. An amazing Victorian Spa Well rear of the house is an amazing find.

I did offer a suggestion that a chair would have been nice in my room(no.4) rather than sit on the bed and it is something that they are working on👍

Beautiful clean room, breakfast lovely and we were always asked our preferences - great system as avoids food waste. Lovely coffee We were in room 6 - Beautiful room shower massive and towels soft. Definitely would recommend.

"The Florence 100% perfect Loved it."

We loved The Florence. David and Gwen are the nicest people you could ever meet. We came away happy and had found 2 new friends.We even stayed an extra night,we were lucky our room was still vacant until monday felt like weve know them forever.The location was spot on, not far to walk into town and bus and train stations Parking was on site £3 a night ??? brilliant. The breakfast was delicious , You could choose what you liked, It was cooked perfectly. All in all a 10 stars from us all the way. Would we recommend for sure we would. Try it you wont be dissapointed..

Breakfast was first class. David and Gwen made us feel at home from the very first minute we walked through the door. They were really friendly and helpful in every way. We rated our room as 5 star, with a new TV set, really comfy bed and exceptionally clean. Bathroom had what looked like new sanitaryware. It had a corner shower cubicle that was big enough to accommodate a larger person like myself. Gwen and David recommended places to eat out and we had no complaints about any of the places recommended. I only had one complaint and that is that I didn't book for long enough. Needless to say we will be going back again in the near future
