Amazing hosting from the start, phoned us on the way to explain parking and helped bring our bags from the car all the way up to the room. Took us to the parking instead of just showing directions. Explained all the different things there are to do in the area and very friendly. Delicious breakfast and a lot of options with hot breakfast, yogurts, fresh fruit and cereals. Very accommodating with vegan food and soy milk for teas, if I ran out I could just ask for more. Nothing was too much. Planning our next trip already!

Slight stains/marks on the bed sheet.

"Great time at the Florence Guest House"

Everything, a lovely well maintained period property. Our room 5 was situated on 2nd floor with views of the park, it was tastefully decorated with an on suite shower room with a nice powerful shower. The owners couldn’t have been more helpful with local knowledge and beyond. The cooked breakfast was served nice and hot, if we were to visit this area of the country again we would definitely stay with at the Florence.
