Very good location, and it’s super quiet. Nice gems in middle of ubud.

You can’t paid online and it’s a bit confusing for check in. You don’t know if you’re already book or paid of both.

The room was massive way more then I needed. No hot water unfortunately so not much use for a tub.

Spacious, good pools, decent location, value for money. They had a bathtub even.

Room was a bit old and dark. Some bathroom equipment was rusty. But its ok, for this budget option, i didnt mind that much.

Close to Yoga Barn. The owner came and said hello. They had a pool and it was quiet even if it was close to the main street.

No bin in the bath room and you are supposed to not throw paper in the toilet. The lock on the entrance door was a bit broken.

My room was huge! I stayed in the top floor, had a huge bed, a huge balcony with such a nice breeze and view of the rice fields. The room was also very clean !

I feel like it could have breakfast included (even with an extra fee).

We stayed here for two weeks, then extended for a third week. When we arrived the room (Sandat room) was really dirty. We expected this as we had read the online reviews. We bought some cleaning supplies and cleaned! We wiped mold and bug poo off the ceilings and walls, scrubbed the bathroom with bleach, changed the light globe to a brighter one to lighten the room, unblocked the basin drain, flipped the bed mattress and reset the broken bed slats, and we oiled the front door handle and lock so it worked smoothly. It took hours of work but we had lots of time during.our six month holiday so we were prepared to do it. If you want a very clean room here, ask for the Sandat room! The location of the property is great, very central. The staff are very friendly, although they can be hard to find (not at reception because they are busy around the property). The room was cleaned daily and our linen was changed twice a week. The wifi worked fine. We had electricity and hot water the whole time. The room fridge and kettle was very handy. There are power points on either side of the bed, but the fridge takes one so we bought a double adapter. The bed was comfortable. The room looks over a rice paddy field with nice natural wildlife (birds, monitor lizard, butterflies, frogs).

The room needed LOTS of cleaning to make it safe from mold spores. The pool was a bit murky sometimes. They seem to put chemicals in it once a week and it clears up for a few days then goes cloudy again. It's very nice to swim in when it's clear. There is construction happening directly in front of the property (as of early Oct 2024) and there is non-stop hammering sound all day. It starts at 8am and finishes at 4pm. There are music sounds about three nights each week from a neighbouring property. It is not loud and can be quite enjoyable! It finishes before 11pm.

Excellent location and value for money. No complaints at all.

The bathroom could do with an upgrade, but at this price you can't compare to resorts etc.

Big room with big bathroom. Nothing special but great value for money.

Bed was a bit squeaky but was more than okay for one night.
