Great relaxing bungalows with amazing infinity pool and stunning views. Putu is the best host, together with Ketut always there to help/assist and guide. Mopeds are 75rp per day which was great price.

Maybe if they offer an espresso coffee from a machine as a option will good touch. The duvet blanket must be inside a coversheet and pillows not that high/softer for guests with this preferences.

Really nice rooms, very very clean, great A/C, wonderful views, simple but delicious breakfast, great infinity pool, great restaurant (Red Pomelo) 5min walk, harbor 20min by car. I did not have a scooter, but had everything what I needed. But most important: best host ever. He completely goes above and beyond for his guests.

It‘s not a 5 star hotel - but it is so much nicer :)

Everything. Putu was the friendliest and most helpful host! He even invited us on NYE to a bar where his band was playing. All simply amazing.

Everything, fantastic place, and Putu, guy who is working there just so good person, he know everything and help us with everything!!! Just stay there and you won't be disappointed)

Everything , pool is amazing! Specially Putu was fantastic helping us with transportation to and from the port on the island and also booking our Speed boat to Gili Islands

We had a great stay in Beten Juwet! The owner is very friendly, place is clean, pool with amazing view We absolutely recommend to stay there! Is is very calm place , but still close to all the popular places. You can rent a scooter from them

It is not related to a hotel it is related to the agency that offers you additional services via Booking.com chat. I strongly recommend you NOT to book via them. They sold us tickets to the boat that we couldn't use, because the ocean was closed due to ceremony. They didn't inform us about that and we had to change a lot of plans etc. This is a really bad quality service. Other than that, the hotel is amazing, the staff in the hotel is amazing, the view is amazing. Just don't book through the chat and everything will be ok. We had a great time there.
