The hospitality provided by Putu Jono was exceptional. He was very helpful every step of the way starting from recommendations to booking tickets to bike rentals. Very prompt response in booking as well.

Everything was great, Putu is a great host, he will make everything so that your stay will be memorable and the best and with no problems. The accommodation itself is in a good state, great view from the pool (nice sunsets).

The place is brand new and located in a fantastic place with amazing views of the jungle. The infinite pool is particularty impressive. The bungalow is great and the staff is fantastic, very helful at any time.

When you see the place, you notice that they have built half the project, so to the right of the bungalows already built there is a some ground ready for construction in a second phase. It's not the best of the views when you look to the right from your terrace, but its not dirty, noisy or anything like that. Just some grounds that nobody has taken care about yet. Not relevant at all. Just don't look to that side and enjoy the natural environment in front of you.

Location / good to reach the famous spots around the island. Clean and big room, comfortable bed. Good breakfast and amazing view with a infinity swimming pool. The most friendly staff named Putu! :))) Very kind & helpful! Will be staying again at Beten Juwet at our next time visiting Nusa Penida again! (P.S: You need a motorbike to go around - the cheapest & the most quick way! - watch the roads!)

There was construction works going on at the property that was a bit noisy through the whole day.

Everything was perfect, the view is incredible, Putu and the rest of the staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and the location is strategic to visit all the famous spot. 10 out of 10!!

Best value for money. putu is amazing

We are happy to have met Putu, a very nice host and he was very open to help us with anything. Our room was in front of the pool and we loved the delicious breakfasts with a view. Very good food, the room was clean and the pool with a view was a nice surprise.

Absolutely lovely place and staff. We loved views, swimming pool. Breakfast was also nice. Bungalows are cute, comfortable and really clean. Wifi works perfect. Host is helpful and communicative.

They finish some works, but no noise

Best service I have ever had. The staff were really friendly and were available 24/7 via WhatsApp. Special shout out to Putu who was available to help out if anything needed booking and sent over locations of the best spots in Nusa Penida. Anything you need he can get! The room was cleaned every day when we were out, everything tidied. Breakfast options good too.

Shower didn’t seem to heat up well.
